Your success depends on how you maintain yourself. Running, cycling, weights, etc., depending on the individuals needs coupled with a healthy diet is key to successful endurance and injury prevention. Endurance and strength = success. Follow up as required.

Shop / Race / Vehicle Prep -

Everything begins at the shop. Your base of operations. All 3 aspects here go together. One compliments the other. Everything here is discussed to flow together to have a successful race day. Winners are prepared! Follow up as required.

Bike Set-up / Maintenance -

All in the field bike set-up is analyzed. Nothing is left to chance. There is always a way to improve the breed. As with Testing, many times it’s what you don’t see or realize that can make a difference. Maintenance is what it is and it must be handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Poor maintenance leads to poor results and can cause injury. Follow up as required.

Marketing / Sponsors / Contacts -

Results are results but there’s more to the story. How one interacts and represents themselves to others. Family, friends, etc. easy, hard, whatever, it’s all about packaging and presentation as well. Sponsors look at the whole situation in regards to their support.
